After the order to receive duplicates, the employee who has the duty to transfer the duplicates must provide the relevant missile documents to search and transfer the duplicates on the same day. If the missile document is being submitted to the tribunal or is to be submitted on the same day, it should be provided immediately after it is submitted.
(2) After the applicant has completed the transfer of the duplicate sari, the employee who will transfer the duplicate should check the copy on the back of the duplicate and after understanding the duplicate fee charged by the current Nepalese law, the income should be recorded in the related income registration book and the application form given for the duplicate should also show the correct date and registration number of the fee. It should be done and the copy should be submitted to the Srestedar or the employee designated by him in this regard after giving the receipt of the receipt.
(3) The Srestedar should see that everything is correct, put the seal of the tribunal on it and give a copy, and the person receiving the copy should submit the copy to the petitioner.
(4) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-rules (2) and (3) of this rule, a copy of the judgment and final order of the tribunal shall be given in the signature of the Srestedar.
